From your doorstep, you'll be less than a 1-minute drive from the heart of Folly Beach. As there are no EV charging stations on the island, this unit has its own private Level 2 charging station for a small additional fee, so make the most of your 2 reserved parking spaces and leave your car charging as you take a short (and scenic) stroll to Center Street and all the best food and entertainment Folly has to offer. Heading to historic downtown Charleston? Accessibility is a breeze; just turn your car on and turn left and in less than 10 miles you'll be there. At Sunset Retreat you'll have the beach, a marina, shops, restaurants, and city life all at your fingertips! The rental is comfortably furnished and generously equipped to meet all of your needs. You'll find ample appliances, TVs, and a full laundry. Cooking enthusiasts will feel right at home with the renovated kitchen. The placement of this condo is unique so you can take in the breathtaking sights of the setting sun over the marsh directly from your personal balcony! The views go on for miles! The primary bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom appointed with a stand up shower and Jacuzzi tub. Right outside of your own personal retreat, you'll find a pool for the days you want to soak up the South Carolina sun, a dock for the days you may want to kayak, and the beach and restaurants are only a 10-15 minute walk away! The possibilities are endless at Sunset Retreat!
Sunset Retreat allows up to 2 well behaved, house-broken, flea treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire.
While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. This community prohibits motorcycles, golf carts, LSVs, and boat trailers, and smoking is not allowed on the property.
