Enjoy and evening walk to find dinner along Center St. Downtown Charleston is a 20 minute drive from Folly Beach making it the perfect spot to lounge on the beach or shop to your heart's content.
This condo has an open kitchen and living room with views of the Folly river. The living room has a large couch and Smart TV, perfect for slow evenings. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, including a dishwasher. The screened porch expands across the back of the condo with access from the living room and master bedroom. Both bedrooms have king beds for sweet dreams. There are two full bathrooms, one including a tub. There is an in unit washer/dryer to add ease to extended vacations.
The neighborhood has a gated entrance and 1 gate access card is provided. This community prohibits motorcycles or boat trailers and smoking on the property. Serenity Folly Beach does not allow pets. Please note, the tennis courts are closed for repairs. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. The Address is 19 W Mariner's Cay Dr. Before the last bridge onto the island, take a right onto Mariner Cay Dr. If the gate is not open upon arrival, please refer to our email for instructions on accessing the initial entry gate key from our office. Once through the gate, follow the left side of the complex. The unit is #19 in the building on the left. There is one assigned parking spot. Make sure to hang the parking pass located inside the unit as well to prevent any fines (up to $300) or being towed. Any additional vehicles will park in non-guaranteed guest parking spots.
