On the Water Sunsets is a 30+ day rentals that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Mariner's Cay offers tennis courts and a swimming pool for the use of the guests. The beach is just a 5 minute drive away and downtown Charleston can be reached in about 20 minutes.
Inside this home boasts floor to ceiling window views of the lowcountry marsh and river. The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher to make cooking a breeze. There is a dining table to seat 6. The living room has cozy seating and expansive marsh views. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom as well as access to the screened-in porch. The two guest bedrooms have a queen and two twin beds. All three bedrooms come equipped with cable TVs. A washer and dryer are provided in this unit to ease long stays.
On the Water Sunsets is on the first floor of an elevated building. The neighborhood has a gated entrance. This community prohibits motorcycles or boat trailers and smoking on the property On the Water Sunsets allows up to 2 dogs with a max combined weight of 45 pounds. Please note, the tennis courts are closed for repairs. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building or elevator. Turn right from Folly Road onto Mariner's Cay Dr. The turn will be right before the last bridge onto Folly Island. If the gate is not open upon arrival, please refer to our email for instructions on accessing the initial entry gate key from our office. You must leave the gate card in the unit or return it to our office upon departure. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fine. Once you enter the community stay to the left when the road splits. 97 Mariner's Cay Dr. is in the back right corner of the complex. The unit numbers are displayed on the buildings. There is one designated parking spot.
