This home has a brand-new kitchen, renovated bathrooms, and updated bedrooms, ready for the summer season. Spoil yourself by staying right across the street from the beach with amazing ocean views from the upstairs living area and a large second-floor balcony. Let the charm of this home melt all your worries away! Spend your day on the beach with public beach access only steps away. Or just a little further down is Folly Beach County Park where during peak season, it is patrolled by lifeguards and offers a snack bar, public restrooms, and beach chair and umbrella rentals. Wave Watch Playground is just under a mile in the opposite direction and is a great place for the little ones to play.
Downstairs there are three bedrooms outfitted with queen beds. There is an additional guest space with a king bed that has access to a small balcony. There are also two full bathrooms and a laundry room downstairs. There is a large first-floor balcony with rocking chairs. As soon as you walk upstairs the second floor opens to an inviting living area, dining room, and kitchen. Upstairs, there is an additional guest space with a king bed and a third full bathroom. Wake to the sunrise and start your day with breakfast in the comfortable outdoor dining area. Wind down with a meal cooked in the fully equipped kitchen and finish off your evening by playing a board game with the family or reading a book while catching a picturesque sunset from one of the two balconies that overlook the marina.
Ollie's Folly has off-street driveway parking, an outdoor shower, and includes WIFI. Up to 3 well-behaved house-broken and flea-treated dogs under 100 pounds combined are welcome.
