It is just over a mile from Center Street, Folly's bustling main drag with eclectic shops and restaurants. You are close enough for a walk or bike ride but far enough to enjoy the peaceful retreat. Utilize the private gate on the side of the home to access the public beach access boardwalk right next door. You have found your B.F.F. - Beach Front Folly home!
This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home fills with natural light from the large windows throughout the home. The house is decorated throughout with original watercolors by local artists and a long-term tenant. The living room provides plenty of cozy seating and in the winter, guests can snuggle up by the gas fireplace. The full kitchen makes meals a breeze with the included dishwasher. The sunroom provides panoramic views of the ocean. It is the perfect spot to eat breakfast while watching the sunrise or take a cat nap in the sun’s warmth. The master bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The additional bedrooms each provide two twin beds and share a Jack and Jill full bathroom.
