This is a 30+ Day Rental located in the heart of the Mariner's Cay community just a short 20 minute walk until you are standing in the sand. This complex offers tennis courts and a swimming pool right outside the door of this unit.
Marsh Nest offers stunning views of the marshland and a great opportunity to observe the rich low country wildlife. The property has two bedrooms with king beds and two full bathrooms as well. The kitchen, dining, and living room are open-concept so you can view the marsh from each of these areas. Off of the primary bedroom there is a screened porch which can also be accessed by the living room. You can work from home with a view or sit out and enjoy the sunset in the evening.
Two dogs can be accommodated. Marsh Nest has its own in-unit washer and dryer as well. The elevator in the building is currently non operational for a few months. Please note we are not the manager of the complex and cannot guarantee the operation of the elevator. The property does include complimentary parking and 1 gate access card.
Marsh Nest is a 3 minute drive to Folly Beach and a 20 minute drive to Downtown Charleston. It is the perfect apartment for someone looking to move to the area or just someone here for a long visit.

148 W Mariner's Cay - From Folly Road (after the speed limit is reduced to 35 mph) you will begin to look for the entrance to Mariner's Cay on the right. It is right before the bridge into town. If the gate is not open upon arrival, please refer to our email for instructions on accessing the initial entry gate key from our office. After entering the gate, veer to the right. Marsh Nest is located in the first building across from the pool. Park in any available spot, the unit is located on the 1st floor. If the parking pass is taken or lost the replacement fee is $10. Please place the parking pass securely on the windshield of your vehicle as soon as you arrive. If the parking pass is not visible on the windshield, there may be fines.
