One of Folly’s Best! Marsh Gayz is a classic, coastal retreat for when you need a little extra relaxation. This 30+ day rental is located on the Folly River with a private dock. Surrounded by age-old live oaks, salt marsh meadows and the wide waters of the Folly River, this beautiful home features spectacular private views of the Low Country at its finest. This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home is very spacious to accommodate 8 guests comfortably. This home is tucked away on a quiet street while still only a 5-minute walk to the beach. Watch the sunrise and surfers at the nearest section of the beach called "the washout'. A golf cart or bike ride on a pretty day takes you to Center St. where you can find local restaurants and beach shops.
Marsh Gayz has everything you need for an extended stay on Folly Beach. The large family room overlooks the marsh and is the perfect spot to wind down in the evenings. Try your hand at making a mixed drink at the fully stocked wet bar. There is an additional living room that is the perfect spot to curl up with a good book. The updated kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and features a dining table for 6 people. On cool evenings, gather around for dinner at the dining table on the back patio. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private entrance to the back patio. The attached bathroom has a stand-up shower. There are two additional bedrooms featuring a queen and full bed. The additional living room provides a sleeper sofa. The second bathroom boasts a stand-alone jacuzzi tub and the third bathroom has a stand-up shower. The laundry room brings an added convenience for your stay. Guests will need to bring a streaming service device as the home is not equipped with Cable. Although the house is a sanctuary in itself, it’s really all about the great outdoors. There is a spacious sun deck as well as a patio with a stainless table and sink. The garage also holds space for any water sports equipment and bikes you may want to bring on your trip.
