This home is beautifully decorated with modern luxury throughout. This home has an open living room as well as a newly renovated kitchen and dining area with vaulted ceilings. Take advantage of the modern appliances and large kitchen island to cook your favorite meal. The primary suite has a king-size bed, en suite bath with a soaking tub, and separate shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and full bath. The third bedroom has two twin murphy beds that will sleep up to two people. Experience all the nautical charm this one-level, elevated house has to offer. At Folly Beach Stay you are just a few steps away from putting your toes in the water and playing in the sand. This property does offer local television channels and streaming abilities so bring your log-ins!
Walk to Sunset Cay Marina to view the breathtaking sunsets while dolphins play. Enjoy boating, paddle boarding, and kayaking with close proximity to the marina. You will also be just one mile from Folly's shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and pier. Situated on the island's quiet west end provides the feel of a private beach. Folly Beach County Park is just two blocks away. Folly Beach Stay allows a maximum of 2 dogs.
