A bundle of Folly's Best! Renting Family Houses includes the following three properties: Heron House, Sea Glass Cottage and Cooper Cottage. Together these three renovated properties sleep up to 15 guests. Heron House is the main property with Sea Glass Cottage and Cooper Cottage positioned on the same lot in the backyard. Located in a quiet residential area the combined properties offer plenty of outside space to gather: a grilling area, laundry facility, 3 outdoor showers, and plenty of parking. You are only a two minute walk to the ocean and six blocks from Center Street. Well behaved flea treated dogs are allowed at every property with prior approval. Heron House is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage that can sleep up to 8 guests. Enjoy porch sitting on the elevated screened in front porch or on the brand new large back deck accessed from the primary bedroom and 2nd guest room. Sea Glass is a cozy 1 queen bedroom 1 bath cottage that also has a daybed in the living area so it can accommodate up to three guests. With its bright color throughout you will surely be in cheerful spirits here! This cottage also has a private screened in porch for relaxing on those perfect Folly evenings. Cooper Cottage is next door to the Sea Glass Cottage. It has one queen master bedroom and one twin bunk bed room. This classic cottage also has a private screened in front porch. Family Houses allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire. Please book with confidence.
