Relax on the screened-in front porch and pick fresh fruit off the orange tree or enjoy the back porch with a view of the beautiful greenery and cute path that leads to the shared laundry room and private outdoor shower. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, and the second bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds. Amenities include cable tv, free Wi-Fi, an efficiency kitchen, shared charcoal grill, and shared access to beach chairs/carts. And it's dog friendly! Located in a quiet residential area, Cooper Cottage is a leisurely two minute stroll to the beach and only six short blocks to Center Street. This property can be rented alone or with its sister properties: Sea Glass Cottage and Heron House. These three properties combined make up Family Houses. Grill available for guest use. Please note: charcoal and cleaning of grill is the responsibility of the guest.

616 E Cooper - Since you must park in the direction of traffic you will take a left on East Erie and continue until your reach 7th Street. Take a right on 7th and another right on Cooper. The cottage will be on your right at #616. You will park in front of the cottage on the left. From Center Street taking a left turn on to East Cooper, when you reach 616 E. Cooper the cottage will be on your left. Make sure your car is facing with the flow of traffic (you will have to make a u-turn). Additional Property Information: The shared laundry room is located underneath the "big house" 615 East Erie. Follow the path in the backyard to get to it. The shared grill is available for you to use.
