The corner balcony overlooks the beach with a direct view of the Folly pier. It is the perfect spot to soak up some sun or enjoy your morning coffee. Bubbles Up is near the action of Folly and is within walking distance to beach shops and a variety of restaurants. There is beach access on either side of the condo complex. As an added bonus, there are two pools on-site (open April - Oct) at this complex, a rare commodity for Folly!
Inside, you will be welcomed by floor to ceiling windows with vast views of the beach. The living room has plush seating and a large TV. There is a dining table which is the perfect spot to share stories over dinner or have a competitive game night. There is a full kitchen with ample storage and counter top space. Sleek modern appliances and a dishwasher make for easy cooking and clean up. Bubbles Up has 4 bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 8 guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed that overlooks the ocean through its own balcony access and a full ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 features a queen bed and dual entrance ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4 features a double bed. Extended stays are comfortable with amenities such as WIFI, Smart TV, free parking, and a washer/dryer.
Pets are not permitted at this complex. An elevator is available for this complex. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building, which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. This regime does not allow vehicles other than cars on the premises, this includes golf carts, trailers, motorcycles etc.

Drive down Center Street until it ends at the Tides Hotel and take a right onto West Arctic Avenue. Turn left into the Charleston Ocean Front Villas 201 W. Arctic Ave. The gate code is #5566. Your condo #401 is in the building to your left. You can park two vehicles. Please make sure to display your parking pass during your stay. You will find two parking passes and one key fob hanging on the refrigerator. The key fob give you access to the main gate, pool, and beach. Please make sure you return all parking passes and key fob to their proper place upon departure. Lost or missing passes and/or fob will result in a $50 fee each to replace.
